This company was assigned to us by allstate after our house had soot damage. They stole from us, drank our alcohol and threw belonings in the trash instead of cleaning them. My family had to stay in a hotel for three months while this company took their time to get more money from our insurance company. The owner used his friends from lake electronics to say they cleaned out electronic items when they did not. They also damaged our septic system by pouring the dirty sooty water down our sink instead of using their proper equipment. Thanks allstate for letting these scum into our home.

They cleaned- but the ruined a group of very expensive rugs. In the end they refused to give them back to me, telling me they were lost(?) – and that my INS co was responsible. In the end NYS told me my ins co was not responsible and Gene’s Cleaning Service was. All I wanted was the money for the rugs so I would not have bare floors! They would not return phone calls or tell me who they were insured with – they should have filed a claim. Now forced to sue them. Advice- tape record all conversations, get thier ins info and be careful.
