Red Rock Chem Dry was scheduled to clean our carpets on a recent Saturday afternoon. We had used them before. We wanted them to clean a living room, small dining area and the hallway. They showed up one hour past the scheduled time. There were only 2 chairs in the living room, yet they persisted that they had to be moved. We had moved everything form the living room except 2 chairs. When they moved them, they took a divot out of our door jam to the bedroom. The carpets were wet until the following morning. We were charged $350.00 dollars! The manager was called and offered to come fix the door jam with some putty and a hair dryer. We fixed it ourselves. We will not do business with them again.

Aug 28, 2013 BEWARE!! This Company showed up the price doubled then they wouldn’t clean both sides of the Sofa and Chair Cushions wanted even more money. Then proceeded to use an excessive amount of water and damaged our Sofa and Chairs leaving serious stains. We contacted the Company asked for the ownerВ’s name “Thomas” refused to give us the owners name nor their Insurance Company. We asked them to come out to look at the damage no one ever would set a time nor call back we were put on hold and ignored several times and screamed at in an abusive manner. We never had an issues the previous two times our Sofa and Chairs were cleaned by a different company. They used so much water you could have gotten a hose and hosed them down the wood frame was wet and bleed thru the fabric we told the Tech we thought he was using too much water. The stains are so bad that we will have to have our Sofa and two Chairs re upholstered they ruined them. They also cleaned our upstairs carpet it took two days to dry. BEWARE!!!

Allergy Control Specialist were GREAT!!! They cleaned our duct system and cleaned our carpets. They showed us before and after pictures and explained everything before they started. We weren’t receiving a lot of air flow, we called an a/c company and they charged us $79, but didn’t fix the problem. We called Allergy Cleaning Service and they showed us on a little video gadget exactly what was the problem. Needless to say they will always have my recommendation.

David never cleaned my carpets as agreed on. It was set for July 15, he pushed back to the 16th. I didn’t check the condo until July 22 and nothing had been done but the payment was certainly taken. I called him as soon as I knew nothing had been done and he sounded surprised. Said his guy was supposed to go back after having his truck fixed to finish the cleaning. Said he would be there in 3 hours to personally do it himself. Then that night he said he couldn’t make it and would be early the next morning. Said he would send pics by text and call me once done. No call, no text, no work done. He certainly took the money but knew he wasn’t ever going to clean anything. He will no longer answer my calls or texts. Sounded like a totally decent guy, I was duped. I know this has happened to others after searching his # on google. He needs to be brought to justice because he will continue scamming people.

Superb is by far the most dishonest company (individual) I have ever accidentally done business with. He has started my project a year ago and still has not finished. The job would have taken a real contractor 2-3 weeks. He kept coming back for more ".up front". money and I fell for his almost tear dropping stories. I even wwent so far as to loan him money when he said he was in ".dire". straights. He is a thief who will take advantage of anyone he can. I wish I didn’t care for humanity as much as I do. Anyone else would have never hired him.

The owner/manager of this company is the most unprofessional business person I have ever dealt with. Worst customer service I have ever received. In fact, I did not receive service at all. The motor blew up, the brush went out and they said the inside screws bolts were corrided! well, well. I send them my receipt to show it was only 5months old and all I got was well you got your money’s worth! No let’s see how we can work this since we sold you a bad machine to begin with! From experience, the worst experience.. I would not recommend Real Steemers Carpet Cleaners ever! They showed up 2 hours late after confirming their time, charged double what they quoted and finished a 2000sq ft home in 45 min. When calling to explain our disappointment in their service, the girl who answers the phone was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Before she hung up on me she said the manager would call us when they got in. Nobody ever called. We called back the next day and the manager said he would come by and see the work but never returned a call, answered the phone, or made any attempt to contact us to come see. Absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had with any service.

Superb is by far the most dishonest company (individual) I have ever accidentally done business with. He has started my project a year ago and still has not finished. The job would have taken a real contractor 2-3 weeks. He kept coming back for more ".up front". money and I fell for his almost tear dropping stories. I even wwent so far as to loan him money when he said he was in ".dire". straights. He is a thief who will take advantage of anyone he can. I wish I didn’t care for humanity as much as I do. David never cleaned my carpets as agreed on. It was set for July 15, he pushed back to the 16th. I didn’t check the condo until July 22 and nothing had been done but the payment was certainly taken. I called him as soon as I knew nothing had been done and he sounded surprised. Said his guy was supposed to go back after having his truck fixed to finish the cleaning. Said he would be there in 3 hours to personally do it himself. Then that night he said he couldn’t make it and would be early the next morning. Said he would send pics by text and call me once done. No call, no text, no work done. He certainly took the money but knew he wasn’t ever going to clean anything. He will no longer answer my calls or texts. Sounded like a totally decent guy, I was duped. I know this has happened to others after searching his # on google. He needs to be brought to justice because he will continue scamming people.

Equipment looks great they use covers around the corners of the house to avoid any damages from the hoses, they cover their shoes with booties to not bring in more dirt it’s all about the details. We had them come out and clean 2 of our rooms (which had bad pet odors) when our tenant moved out. They showed up a couple hours late, which I was not happy about. They did do an excellent job and both carpets came out smelling much better. It was a little pricey but still cheaper than replacing the carpet. When our new tenant complained about pet odor in another room, we did not have them clean originally, we instantly called them to come out since they had done a good job prior. I explained the situation and said that I wasn’t sure if the padding needed to be replaced to help with the smell or it just needed a good cleaning (they had pulled up the carpet prior to check the pad status). They said we would have to pay at least the $65 flat fee for them to clean the carpet. We were fine with that because we knew they would get the odors out. I made sure the tenant moved all of the furniture out of the room so they could pull up the carpet and check the padding and also in case they needed to replace it. They came out and treated the carpet and cleaned it. They said the pad did not need to be replaced. About a week later our tenant called to say the room still smelled so I called them to have them come back out and see what they could do. They came back out and ended up having the replace the padding (I don’t know why they didn’t replace it on their first visit). They also did some more treating of the carpet and re-cleaned it. I figured we would just end up paying for the replacement pad and the labor (since we had already paid $65 for the treatment and cleaning prior). We were out of town so we could not be there to see the bill and work they did. They called us to get payment over the phone. They said the total would be $287.50. Wow!! The guy tried to explain the bill over the phone to us but it was hard. Finally we just gave them our credit card info to pay it. Well we got the hard copy bill and I think they overcharged us by $100. The cost of the padding and removal was $187.50, that’s all we should have paid. They charged us$60 to treat the carpet again (which we had already paid for originally) and $40 for a 2 day rental of a fan to help dry the carpet (we didn’t need that the last two times and the room has 2 ceiling fans already). It was still cheaper than replacing the carpet but beware if you do use them to double check prices before you pay!! Not sure if I will use them again based on that.

If there is praise to be given out then it should go to A1 Steam Cleaning. I haven’t had my carpets cleaned in many years and thought I would have to replace them. A friend told me about A1 and I called them to see what they could do for me. These are Israeli immigrants. They should go back to the circus they came from. They show up using only water on your carpet theatrical pretending to do something. Then they try to upsell you chemical cleaning as if you’re supposed to believe they will do some work the second time around. The guy on the phone says,” hey you sound like a smart guy I will sell you chemicals for blah blah blah” as if he thinks I need him to judge my intelligence. It would be more beneficial for them to judge their own lack of intelligence. I got the impression they are in the business of preying on the weak minded.

Customer service is horrible. They didn’t even make it out to my home after dealing with the rude rep that answers the phone. I scheduled online for SUNDAY. Received a call minutes after booking online confirming my appointment for SUNDAY morning between 8am-11am only to call SUNDAY at 1230p checking if someone was in route. The rude girl that answered the phone sayd they have me for tomorrow (MONDAY). I explain I reserved for SUNDAY which she confirms again after looking up my booking from online. Then she proceeds to tell me “well they put it in for MONDAY and I do not have anyone to come today.” It Would have not been an issue for me to reschedule for next weekend over a simple mistake but I was not giving my money to a business that talks to their customers that way (and considering I waisted almost half a day waiting for someone to arrive). I asked her to cancel for tomorrow because I will not be doing business with them and she says ok quickly and tries to hang up on me.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with! They told me on the phone that it would be $49 and then if my carpet needed extras they would go over it with me then. I know they my carpet is old and it always needs some pre-treaters. When they came to my house they said they needed to do a test spot to see what it was going to take to get it clean, i said that was fine. They did the spot right in the middle of my livingroom. Then they got out a clip board and said that it was going to be over $200! I said I was not going to pay that. Then we spent about 10 mins haggeling only to have him call his boss and haggle with him for another 10 mins. I finanly got them to do it for $100. It took them 1 hr. to clean 3 rooms. It has been 8 hrs and my carpet is still wet! There is a film over my carpet and it smells horrible!!!!!! The more it drys the worst it looks. I could have done a better job with one of those $20 rentals from the store and done it myself. Looking on other sites I wish I would have seen them before I called them. All the reviews say the same thing. DONT EVER USE THEM!!!! DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

After giving Pristine Cleaning over a week and a half to rectify out complaint I feel I am forced to write this review to protect others from this company. FIRST we were charged $180 for 3 Maids for 2 hours. My husband booked the appoitment with LORENZO and went in detail over what we wanted which was detailed focus on the bottom level of our home. We were expecting company later in the day and had a baby that was sick so we weren’t able to clean and dust before hand. However our entire house was picked up. We needed oh hardwood floors swept and shined and baseboards cleaned. Upon arrival I re stated to the 3 maids the importance of the floors and they said upstairs? I said only if there is time. After about an hour I went downstairs to let our dogs out to go the bathroom and found one maid talking on her phone, one maid in the backyard and one cleaning the Fridge? I was NOT happy. The one maid was frightened by our large dog but continued on her call. I certainly do not talk on my phone at work, why are they? I’m not paying almost $50 and hour for services for them to have personal conversations. And why was the maid in the yard? I know it wasn’t to find the trash cans because upon leaving they asked me where they were. Has actually pretty scary. As time passed they all went upstairs soto them they were “done” so I started cleaning up there shortcomings and soap lines while the baby napped. The one maid could sense that I was not happy and I showed her all the dust I was getting and she said ” I did dishes and windows” UM great, now all my dishes are in the wrong place from the dishwasher and I’m doing what we paid for YOU to do. The. I found them in my bathroom which was odd, I didn’t want them in there because I was trying to reorganize my products in there needless to say I found my electric curlers and hair ties in a dirty mop bucket with a bunch of trash? Gross. I stopped them right there because they were asking me to pay for more time I say no thanks . They then realized I was upset and started to scramble downstairs to do what they should have done which confirmed they did understand me in the first place. I started to use the little Spanish I know and then they really got he point. On the way out they happily took there tip ( only $20 I usually give more of course) and said in perfect English to call Lorenzo. We have used Tina’s Maids and Molly Maids before and had wonderful results with less maids and less time for MUCH better prices. They were already booked that is why we went with Pristine. I immediately called Lotenzo and he forwarded me to Mitchell who really dropped the ball in Several ways. First he was totally misinformed about the 30 min, I only had 30 min until guests arrived I didn’t only spend 30 min cleaning. I cleaned when the maids were upstairs about 30 min and another maybe 45 when they left. We were told we would be reimbursed for 30 min but after a week passed I called and then was told because we paid cash that they would credit my “account” for a future cleaning! At this point I am tempted to file a complaint with the better business bureau along with my pictures and emails from the company. I do NOT want anyone else to get hustled by this company! Also, they used MY cleaning products and the ones they used were practically tied together not adequate “professional cleaning” like they advertise. At these prices they should be in uniforms with top of the line cleaning products! This company was anything but PRISTINE! The pictures look like a “Before” not an “after”. On 10/15/2018 I used this company for a recurring monthly cleaning service. I have had issues in the past where items that I have paid for where not completed. After I complain, they rectify the issue on the next month. This is by far not the first time. I let it side on two separate occasions. however, this third time I paid an extra $70 for the refrigerator and stove only to come home to a completely unclean refrigerator and stove. I took numerous pictures, and called the next morning. The rude gentleman on the phone tells me I will not be getting a refund, and the services were completed. I asked if he wanted to see the pictures because clearly the refrigerator and stove were not cleaned, and he didn’t reply. I sent over the pictures via text message, and have not received a response. This is completely unacceptable, and will not be tolerated. I want a complete refund. The services are shabby. They consistently arrive late, don’t complete paid services, yet charge the card prior to leaving the property. The lady is more interested in playing with the dogs then doing the job I paid for.

I visited antique oriental rugs center a couple of weeks ago to have two of my rugs cleaned. I was hesitant to just take my rugs to anyone as these rugs were from my grandmother. I was nervous. When I met the owner he reassured me that the rugs would be fine and made me feel comfortable. This is a unique shop. The owner’s family has been in oriental rug business for generations. So I thought he knows what he doing. As it turned out my hunch was correct. I have had my rugs cleaned by other people for years. Never totally satisfied. As each time there was a problem… color bleeding, chewed up fringes, you name it. For the past few years I have gone through my fair share of carpet companies. The results have been carpet that looked no better than before (chem dry), carpet that picked up dirt faster after being cleaning, and worst of all wet carpet. Before I hired J2 cleaning I hired an inexpensive company that came through with an industrial size machine. They left my carpet drenched in areas that eventually started to grow mold. I hired Brandon and Paco with J2 cleaning to fix this problem and they went way above and beyond my expectations. They used specialized machines to fix the problem areas that the previous cleaner caused and even moved my 300 pound table to be extra thorough. They were very nice and professional and treated my carpet with great care. I can honestly say that my carpet hasn’t looked this good since the day they installed it, and on top of that they are reasonable priced. They charged less than big companies that did a terrible job. If you want your carpet done right for a reasonable price use them. After a long search for a good carpet company, I am pleased to have finally found one.

We used them for carpet cleaning. We called them several times after they were late to see how long it was going to be before the show up. They told us they were going to send another technician and it took another hour. They were rough with the hoses, they kept throwing the hoses on my wood floors. Don’t use this company.

They were LATE by 2 hours. They told their recpetionist on the phone that we had 4 areas to clean, when we only had 3 rooms, PRICNG IS FISHY! They didn’t do our masterbedroom closet, so they said they would do it for another $20, as if showing up 2 hours late didn’t give them a bad reputation already. We are NEVER using this company again, even if they were the only company left in Vegas.
