When he arrived, he was very pleasant and got right to work. Unfortunately a piece of equipment on his van (where all the pumps are) broke, so he was unable to finish the cleaning, but he kept me informed over the next 24 hours as to the status of his repair. He got a part fitted and the van was ready to roll the next day so I could get my security deposit back due to the clean carpets.

AVOID. I hired this guy when I moved out of my apartment. He called me after cleaning and was very rude to me, told me my carpets were filthy and covered in urine (which i know is untrue because my dogs were crated when I was not home and they didn’t pee in the house when I was home). He charged me extra money for a heavy cleaning, which I didn’t really mind, because it was only a few extra dollars. I was more upset with his attitude when he called me. He was rude, talked to me like I was stupid, and had the gall to tell me that he needed to clean the carpets extra because my “apartment manager would not be happy about this.” I later found out that even after the heavy cleaning, the carpets were still dirty in the “traffic areas”. So basically, even though he did a heavy cleaning the first time, he didn’t take the time or care to actually clean my apartment’s carpets. So now he gets to go in a second time and make even more money. I don’t think my carpets were perfect…I know that they needed to be cleaned, but I could get the dirt and stuff out of the carpet on my own with a steamervac. There was absolutely no reason for it to need to be cleaned again after a heavy cleaning. AVOID THIS GUY!!!

Don’t use this guy. I hired him for very small wokrs, but he completed messed up my entire apartment, creating massive flooding. He never apologized, and barganing his responsibiity and cleaning up (something like only if I do not admit his fault, he will soak up water. He even ordered me move funiture, and buy the part spending my money.vNo work ethic, no moral, and the worst humanbeing I ever met. Please don’t use this guy. Please believe in my advice.

The quality of the service provided by Pedro the technician was absolutely amazing. My furniture was so disgusting you could barely notice the contrast between the main and accent colors. It was full of food and ink stains from careless college students. Pedro and his assistant showed up right on time and worked on the furniture for several hours. They explained what they thought were limitations to the stains they would be able to remove but in the end they actually removed most of what they thought was impossible. They set up fans to dry the furniture faster. In the end, my furniture looks totally different–almost like new again! This was well worth the money.
