I regret to have believed Mark – the owner of this business. He spoke to nicely on the phone and convinced me that he would do the best job in cleaning my carpet. He said that he would come to do the job once again without any cost if I wasn’t happy with the job and even get the refund back if I wasn’t happy after he came twice. He did arrive on time and clean 2 rooms and stairs within an hour. I even got an invoice from him (I made sure to get it in writing that he would come again in 48 hrs if I wasn’t happy with the job). One day after the job, I called him to let him know that the rooms closets were not cleaned by him and that the faded stains have come back up again and that I would like him to come back to correct these things. He has been ignoring my calls since then and when I got hold of him on phone finally (I pretended to be a new customer – called him from a different number), he hung up on me as soon as I told him that it was me. He actually said “Don’t call up no more”. I will be filing a complaint for him on BBB as well and every possible place just because I have now hire another company to get my carpet cleaned. Also, I want this guy to not do this to any other customers as well.

This company and its owner (mark) needs to take a lesson in manners and learn how NOT to lie and scam people out of money! $79.. for 3 rooms- total scam not to mention he steals from my mother, who is 72 years old. He talks fast and will tell you ANYTHING to get his foot in the door, mostly with his fake price. Her carpets stayed wet for 4 days and smelled like mildew, went I found out later the carpets formed MOLD because of over wetting, so now not only did he damage the carpets but forced her to pay $280.00 instead of $79.00! he yelled at MY mother and told her he was not going to leave until she pays him $280.00 She got scared because of the yelling and the “”IN HER FACE”” manner he took.
