This has the same number as the other chem-dry listed that I posted about so obviously it’s the same company… I had mild flooding in my basement which only affected a small portion of the carpet and tile. Called this company to extract the water–the manager Danny told me based on my description, it would likely cost $70 to extract plus $40/fan. His guys showed up (on time–that’s why they even got one star!) and told me it would cost $1080!!! When I told them their manager told less than 1/5 of that over the phone, they laughed and said that was impossible. They then proceeded to pressure me to sign the contract and then got nasty when I told them my husband and I needed a few minutes to think about it since we were not prepared to spend that much. They kept on pressuring, saying they had other jobs waiting. When I told them I wouldn’t be using them, one of them cursed at me on the way out. I bought my own wet-dry vac and industrial fans for $480 and did the extraction myself –ran the fans and the area was dry by the end of the day. (These guys told me it would take at least 3 days to dry which was why I needed to rent their fans for three days for $360!!!)

This company did a very nice job for us. The workers were extremely nice and fast and friendly. We had a disaster in the basement due to a flood and they fixed it all right up and making an appointment with them was a breeze. Will definitely use them again!

I guess you really cannot trust or be sucked into advertisements/commericals. The workers for this company are unprofessional and do not show or take interest in customers needs or concerns. On the day of my service request the workers came in, did a quick “”run through”” and we gone before I could prepare and eat one slice of toast! I have one area that needed deep cleaning, but I guess this company does not do that type of work. The service men were told of the important area and within minutes say they were finished and fast in their truck and gone! I am not accustomed to “”fast service”” besides that of a fast food restaurant. There was not enough attention to detail of my needs as a customers and not all jobs that are done quickly are best! I will never recommend this company and not use their services ever!
