Mixed results – the actual cleaners do a great job, but the company as a whole isn’t dependable. It took four days to get a call back – I scheduled an appointment, which they then didn’t keep. Person who handles their calls is combative and difficult to deal with – doesn’t take responsibility. It’s really a shame – the owner of this business was wonderful and so were her workers, but I can’t recommend based on unreliability.

I highly recommend NOT to do business with this company. They had been selling a deal through LivingSocial which I had purchased. I corresponded via email with a representative from Carpet Solutions for approximately 5 weeks where they failed two appointments with us. They never showed up to do the carpet cleaning service nor did they call to reschedule or cancel. Time is money and they wasted our time sitting around waiting for them to show up. The responses to our email correspondences often took numerous days or I would have to send multiple emails to receive a single response. Unfortunately they had an expiration date for the deal they were selling and they never fulfilled their services that we purchased. It is sad that they preyed on a consumer to buy into a fraudulent offer that they wouldn’t get their money refunded from nor a service competed. In the weeks following the expired deal I have reached out to the company via telephone over 10 times, I have left 3 voicemails, and 2 emails. Never once have they answered the phone or responded to me at all. I hope by reading this review you can save yourself from Carpet Solutions robbing you of your money too.
