Once again Tropical Carpet Care came to our rescue. Nothing like coming home from grocery shopping Saturday morning to find the master bath and bedroom flooded. They started out great. They were willing to work with the fact I was out of the state. Real nice voice and willing to work fast. I paid them more than what they quoted. this would include someone coming back behind them to make my place look pretty again after my mold infestation. Well the mold was supposedly treated. Came home months later and deployed to Iraq. Come to see the huge mess that these people caused. They left junk everywhere and there were cigarette butts inside my house. They did not pick up any of their trash. In my bathroom, the plastic that they laid down was still there full of debris. I overpaid these guys to do a good job and instead they left me with a huge mess in my house. The guy that was suppose to come behind them and start making things look clean don’t think ever showed up. Then when I gt back from Iraq, all my efforts to get a receipt of their work was for nothing. They either weren’t available, or they would get back to me, or they can’t find it. or they don’t have a recod of me towards the end. If you want these guys they sure will show up fast to your property because they want the money but do not expect them to do the professional job you intend on them doing. Oh and now that I am redoing my bathroom, the mold is actually still there. it was just basically covered up!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are around to watch them and babysit them, they might be worth your while but it you are a trusting fool like me and hire them while you are away at training, you will not get the great service you paid for.
