Inflated prices with a poor service and work product. I definately would not recommend Servpro or this office.

I give them one star because zero stars isn’t an option. I hired these people to repair my kitchen and downstairs after a water leak. 10 months later, the house was ready after nearly daily visits by myself to their office. They had to come back and completely redo half the work on the floor because they failed to do the work correctly the first time. They provide absolutely zero oversight to the sub contractors they hire out to do the work for them….and then tack on 20 percent for their own fees. One of their sub-contractors even recommended against them. If it were me, I would hire one of the other companies in the area.
