The individuals who showed up to clean my carpet smelled of alcohol and illegal substance. It was very obvious why he was late and did not do a good job. Do not use this company! I called to make an appointment, and was transferred to their 24 hour answering service (this was during normal business hours). The answering service only takes messages and sends them to the company – so they can’t take appointments or give you information. Three days later someone called to take my appointment request. 2 to 4 on Thursday. I arranged the afternoon off from work, and spent time moving all my furniture. And guess what – they never showed up! I called the company four times, and always got the answering service. The company never bothered to return a single call. Now I’m out half a vacation day for nothing. I have never experienced such poor customer service or such blatant disregard for others’ time. Stay away from Triangle Legacy Enterprises.

Unfortunately I had no experience with this company’s cleaning ability. The day started off with the owner calling at 7:30 am to ask if my garage entrance could accommodate their van. She had been away and the person who booked the appointment had not asked. Then her driver arrived and went to the leasing office of my complex to get a pass to enter the garage. They require a piece of ID be shown and left until you leave. The driver refused and would not even wait for them to call me. When I called the owner said not showing ID was their policy. When I said I was going to recount our conversation as part of a review her response was “You have to do what you have to do. ” Even if I lived in a private home, I would ask someone coming to my door, for ID before letting them in.

After counting and re-counting I still came up with $196. This includes $22 extra for my french doors. When I called the “”operations Mgr”” he told me this was their top group and they were all “”reasonable”” people. Needless to say my complaint (s) fell on deaf ears. Pity: I run my own small business and would NEVER discount a complaint from a client, no matter what my employees reputation is. I rely a lot on word of mouth for my sucess. But it goes both ways.

I was quite disappointed with the actual cleaning service, after having a very positive experience setting up the appointment (woman I spoke to was very friendly, responsive and professional). I just felt that the cleaning was very superficial and, to be honest, I am not sure if they even cleaned the kitchen floor like they were supposed to. I hate cleaning but I honestly thought I could have done a better and more thorough job myself. They also left their rags on the kitchen counter and so I had to run out to give them back to them before they drove off. Then, after they’d left, I found a bag of food scraps on my son’s desk!! They probably set it down at some point and then forgot to throw it away. Not worth the money that I had spent.

Regency Dry Cleaners gave me another person’s shirt instead of mine when I picked up clean laundry. Four months later when I reached into my closet for the shirt I found this strange cotton and polyester shirt, different collar and sleeve size. The owner of the business never apologized for their own tagging error. She said only that they would not pay for my lost shirt because I had noticed the error after 90 days. This was the second time they had given me the wrong shirt. I have been giving shirts to this business for 10 years! Their complete lack of responsibility for their error made me decide to look for a business more careful to correct its own errors instead of making the customer feel a shirt lost by the laundry is somehow the customer’s fault.

I had been coming here for a while, all of a sudden the mens dress shirts were not pressed well at all. There were numerous creases steamed into the fabric and it would take me 30 minutes per shirt to iron them after I had paid the cleaners to do this. I mentioned this twice to the employees, I was told they had a new maching and a lot of people were complaing as well. I have since taken my business elsewhere. Unless you want to spend quite a bit of time re-ironing your shirts, then try someplace else.

They put carpeting down in a 375 sq foot space, that had been prepared, the carpet had already been removed. It still took them all day. Honestly, I didn’t mind that it took them all day, I wanted them to do a good job. I left to pick up my kid from school and they meet me in the driveway, saying we’re done and good bye. I came into a playroom that was dark. The curtain were originally tucked up so not to get in the way of the work. They had closed the curtains….well, I’m a MOM, it made me wonder what is wrong….what are they hiding? Lumps in the carpeting, many big ones, where it was not pulled tight. I called Tim and said they closed the curtains to hide the job they did. He actually tried to give an excuse, but I call it like I see it. The sun poured in across the carpet and you could see it! He said he would quickly call them and have them come back and fix it. Okay, they came back and I showed them where the lumps were, not that it wasn’t obvious. They said they would try to fix it. After 10 minutes, one of the men asked me to take a look. There were still two other lumps. He complained about the concrete flooring and said the carpet was pulling from the wall. I asked, “how can we make it right?” “Carpet has been put down of concrete floor before, it’s what we removed before you got here. ” I said. They stayed another 5 minutes, I walked out on my back porch on the phone and they ran out the door. Seriously ya’ll, they ran out the door, no fixing anything!! This review will be updated after I talk to Tim about what we can do to fix this. I did not need to talk to Tim after all. Ms Sue, the owner, looked at the pictures of the work and was not satisfied with the quality or how her men treated the job. So she had her best Kevin, to come out, assessed the situation and he set the men to work making things right. I am SO Grateful!! It is a Company of Quality that stands behind their work. This company did just that. 🙂
