When they arrived, they told me they couldn’t do it because they only had a hose connected to their truck and it wouldn’t reach my apartment. The man and owner, Van Vu, was extremely rude and mean. I later reported them to the Better Business Bureau and was told that they constantly get complaints about them. Again, do not believe the reviews or trust them. Van and Beck Vu will lie to you over the phone to get your business. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

Terrible service, not recommended. It’s been over a month and I’m still mad. I scheduled 3 weeks in advance, got no curtesy call reminder. My appointment was between 10-12, at 12, I called them, they said will be there shortly, they showed up at 12:55. Spent 20 minutes on two downstairs apartment rooms, didn’t move a stick of furniture, I had to move it. Then they charged the max quoted, $55. When the carpet dried, you really couldn’t tell they’d been there, still had stains, traffic patterns. Yuck! would never use them again.

I purchased a Living Social coupon for this company. I checked Yelp and saw all positive reviews. Pretty sure those reviews were all done by the people in the company. I tried for over a week to get someone on the phone. I gave up trying after 10 un-returned phone calls and emails. They have several phone numbers advertised (866.774.1774, (980) 230-0793, 919-672-1557) -one of them even tells you the voicemail is FULL. I now see they’re selling a coupon on Groupon as well. They are TERRIBLE. Don’t use this company. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam.

I had them come out to my house for some stains and odors left from our elderly dog that had “control issues” before he recently passed away (R.I.P. Josie!).
