BEWARE!!!! Highly suspect business practices-hire a lawyer before you hire this firm-you will end up needing the lawyer anyway once you contract with this firm. Definitely go elsewhere or risk fighting them in court-TRULY NOT A COMPANY DESERVING OF YOUR TRUST. I had to learn the hard way–protect yourself and learn from my mistake. DO NOT TRUST!!!! They are not “Preferred by all insurance companies” as their ad states and my claims adjuster was very suspicious of the charges the owner submitted. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING if you use this firm-you will need it for court. I will be filing a BBB complaint-don’t fall for the “spotless reputation” they claim in their ads. (they don’t allow negative stars for a rating and you have to give at least one to submit)
