I had another company come out to clean my carpets and arrived and the guy that came up to the door was disgusting so I ended up calling Sears and the gentlemen that came to clean my carpets were very polite and professional and in Sears uniforms. I just felt more comfortable using Sears. I am older and they did such a nice job on my carpeting and they also cleaned the recliner that my husband sits in all the time and did a very nice job on that too!
