I had some water damage at my home, i called the insurance company and they had givin me a couple refferals without knowing wich one to call i picked Serv Pro. They showed up fairley quickly and placed over priced equipment in my home and convinced me that the moisture in the walls and flooring would be taken care of by this equipment. After several days of sleepless nights due to the noisy equipment a tech. showed up, used some kind of meter. Told me everything was dry and that i had nothing to worry about. A few weeks later…. I have mold in my home. Im really concerned for my health and the value of my home because in the future, when i choose to sell my home I must notify any potential buyers of the previous mold damage. I can not say enough good things about Servpro in Cape. The staff was very professional and the job was top-notch. I have dealt with the ".other". companies in the past…never again. Servpro has my complete business from now on. I received a call back within 1 hr after placing my initial call which was after normal business hours. They came and looked at the damage, quoted a VERY reasonable bid, and were on the job the next day. Within 3 business, the job was complete and everything was back to normal….like it never even happened!!! Don’t waste your time and MONEY with the other guys.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! No one would call me back! I explained the importance of a quick response because I wanted them to clean before I moved in & I needed to move in on a specific day. I also asked for the just to tell me if they wouldn’t be able to do it in time. Instead NOTHING. HOW TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE DON’T USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM!!

Had a small fire at my home, wich i was able to put out myself. The fire put out enough smoke that it smoked up my entire house. I rememberd seeing the yellow trucks in town and decided to give them a call for help. Days went by and i never heard or seen from anyone representing this company. I dont think they realized i work for an established insurance company and refused to use their services. I actually took care of the problem myself.
