DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Incredibly disappointing. Like the other reviews, they were incredibly unprofessional (being two hours late, incredibly pressuring, and overall incompetent). In all honesty, I am embarrassed I used this service. What a waste of time, money, and energy.

Do not waste your time with this company! Very high pressure unprofessional salesman trying to bilk you out of more and more money because your carpets “need” it. They finally let me use my Living Social voucher but wouldn’t do the stairs or any room with berber carpet. This was all after we waited over two hours for them to show up. Awful!

I called the company to have snow removed that was blocking an alley. I wanted to explain the situation and then find out if it was possible to have the snow removed and how much it would be. He told me ".I’m not interested in your story. Are you a customer?". Well,, no, I was not one YET, but I was looking to hire them. He then told me, ".then I’m not having this conversation". and hung up. They may be business and industrial only (sorry to say I noticed that after the fact) HOWEVER, the rudeness was unbelievable.

They showed up on time as scheduled, explained the process, and moved my furniture. They were courteous, friendly, and hard working.
