Hired this company to clean my carpet and air vents in my home. They arrived 15 minutes late, realized once here they were missing a piece to clean the vents and were unable to do so that day, and then one asked to use my bathroom and left the toilet seat up without wiping the seat off after he peed on it. They came back the following week to do the air vents. They removed the vents in the wall and ceiling and when done, they screwed them back in. However, they failed to clean up the wall/ceiling debris on my furniture and floor. Their website advertises, “leaving your home just the way they found it”. Also, per their website, they stated they clean the vent covers, but in my case, they failed to do so. I was less than impressed.
