The service is always perfect!! Cort and his crew are very professional. They come within a day or so of when I call them. Sometimes the same day. Cort’s van is professionally set up, so it’s not just some guys with a steam cleaner. Whenever I have needed them to remove stains, they have the right stuff to do that. They even removed cat urine smells. All in all, I will only use Cort’s Carpet Cleaning from now on. One of the best parts, he’s Lake Orion local. Always has a fair price. Never get a live person on the phone, only a recording. Brandon temporarily scheduled me for June (when I would NOT be available) with the understanding I would be called and rescheduled for May (when I was available) as there would be “new hires.” Never got a phone call. Got tired of getting a phone recording someone would get back to me in 24-72 hrs.
