I came home at 10p.m. on a Friday night to find that my sump pump had backed up. I called a lot of so called 24/7 flood restoration companies and couldn’t get anyone to come out that night. Until I found Simply Superb Carpet Cleaners. They were out at my house in less than an hour. They were a life saver and really knew what they were talking about. My basement had about 6 inches of water, Simply Superb removed all my contents quickly and carefully, They also dried my basement very quickly with their drying equipment. I was very impressed that the owner actually came to my house and did most of the work. Simply Superb also dealt with my insurance company. I was back to normal with a brand new basement (drywall work, new carpet and new paint) in about 13 days from start to finish. I have also had Simply Superb out to my house since the BIG FLOOD, to clean my carpet and furniture, They did a fantastic job and were real professional. Again the owner of the company (Jim Ferguson) was there doing the work. So i felt that my belongings were safe, if you know what i mean. I tell all my family and friends about this company.. This company was a life saver! A sump pump failure in the lower level of our home left a mess beyond words. Muddy water was on the walls and light carpet. And it happened on the Friday night of the Labor Day Weekend! Kyle from ServPro came with Clark and they extracted the water in rapid time. They were professional, courteous and prompt. Kyle explained his recommendation on how to dry out the drywall to a tee. We have had 2 other sump issues over the years but this company has done a superb job of cleaning up the mess in a quick, expert way. Half of my Basement was flooded due to a malfunctioning humidifier. ServPro of Farm. Hills was at my house within two hours to start the clean up. I was impressed with the wide array of different equipment they used. The crew they sent out were very knowledgable and very easy to talk to. Brandon.who was the crew chief , was in contact with me daily . He either called or stopped by to readjust the machines that were left in basement. I couldn’t of been more pleased with this company.
