I was using Absolute Chem Dry for some White Berber Carpets. The team showed up on time, were friendly, polite and intuitive . Good appearance, in uniform, very trustworthy . I noticed that they put a pad on the window ledge so the ribbing on the carpet hose wouldn’t chip the paint. Then they brought thier own mat to cover the entry way so thier feet wouldn’t get the house dirty.The housecleaners were just finishing waxing the stairs and the carpet professional volunteered to put the last coat of wax on the stairs as they were the last to use them.They were quick , and left with the carpet almost dry. The carpet looked great. Thier office had Melissa coordinating the service and it was smooth from beginning to end . I was impressed. (I’m not easy to impress) Thanks George .
