Purchasing carpet for the second time from Pontrich. They have a large selection of new rolls as well as partial rolls offered at discount. With both purchases, the owner made sure we were not buying more than we needed, suggested lower cost yet equal quality alternatives, and created an overall easy process. With yet another remodel in the near future, we will be calling Pontrich again.

bought rugs there. Told that they would custom fit pads. Did not. They loaded the rugs onto my truck. I told them it looked like it would drag. They said it would not. Of course, it did. Had to fight to get the rug repaired. The owner would NEVER CALL BACK. Worst customer service, worst integrity. I would never recommend that place to anyone. They do not stand by their word. HORRIBLE BUSINESS
