We had two dogs that just finished their puppy phase. Unfortunately, our green shag rug was a favorite of theirs to let us know they needed potty training. My wife and I thought the rug was ruined. We was going to throw it away, but decided to give Wayne a shot at it. Not only did he come through, it was better than ever. Definitely earned our business and recommendation.

Not at all professional for a business. I went in to have two different services performed. As I walked in before I could even talk or greet anyone I was told thats going to $20 deposit for each jacket. I was not greeted at all, no “Can I help you or even a HI”. Then the cashier said if I need a zipper replaced, I would have to purchase the zipper myself. Really, I must of misunderstood, because when they offer alterations and cleaning, I thought thats is what they did. Not at all pleased with this company and there will definitely be no do overs.
