I first enjoyed working at Servpro until men starting acting like women could not pull their own weight. I got fired over being on a jobsite where men didn’t believe in women carrying heavy stuff, and when i proved them wrong. They lied to my mangers, which got me fired because I was on my 90-day period. Don’t get me wrong- my co-workers were amazing and supportive but this company doesn’t care about you at all. You had no say in when you were on-call. They will still call you in when you were not even on-call that day or week. They took taxes out of every single penny they spent on you! Overall. It was unfair of how I was treated about how I got fired when I worked my butt off for them on the day’s I wasn’t even on-call. Please re-think to applying for servpro! A LOT of drama and if the head person doesn’t like you. you wont get anywhere in that job. They will try to fire you or put you down in any way,shape or forum. $12 dollars an hour for horrible labor work just to be put down from your bosses ! Rather work in a factory than that place ever again!
