We contacted Cathy,s. Cleaning to clean a house that was going up for sale.We asked about cleaning the basement, the main house and the garage.Gave them the measurements and was told that it would take 25 to30 hr ($700. ) They never touched the basement or the garage.! We had to insist they clean the insides of cabinets .They claim to have spent 4hr. On an empty refrigerator!!!! Don’t use this company.

They charged a $199 cleaning charge on top of their $49 groupon but didn’t tell me that until they came out. I went ahead and paid it since they were here already and my ducts did need cleaning. I will not get them again, They left a black layer of dust over my whole house. We had to sweep and mop all our floors when they were done because our feet were black from walking across them. Also had to sweep out our cold air returns because they were dirtier than before they came and there were several handfuls of dirt left when we pulled out our filter.
