They came out almost immediately and got ALL the water out of the carpet, left dryers on the carpet for 2 days and came back the following Friday. I asked them to go ahead and clean the carpets as well. They got stains out that my normal carpet cleaner has gone over several times and was never able to remove. TERRIBLE! They were an hour and 20 minutes late (nearly HALF of their advertised drying time!) and were still late after calling me with a new time of arrival on the day of service! They must be related to the cable company. The method they use has no vacuum! It’s just a big brush with a soapy water tank. When I asked how they got the dirt up the tech told me “”Well once it’s dry YOU vacuum it and the dirt comes up.”” That’s right… YOU HAVE TO DO 50% OF THE WORK AFTER BEING CHARGED TO HAVE YOUR CARPET CLEANED!! They told me the carpet would be dry in 3 to 4 hours. It is now 14 hours since they left and the carpet is still wet! (Humidity is 45% so it should have dried fast. After 6 hours, we went and rented some carpet drying blowers (another $36) and after 8 hours with the blowers on it’s STILL WET! DRY FOAM IS A FRAUD! Don’t ever use these people OR this method to clean your carpets! The tech was courteous and polite but thatВ’s the only good thing about these people. There are stains all over! They did not clean my carpet! AWFUL! We selected this company because they were close and the advertised drying time. BIG MISTAKE! I used to clean carpet. Stick with steam!
