I had them do my laundry and they just folded jeans and shirts and stuffed them into paper bags. The clothes were wrinkled and socks were missing. When I went back to ask them about the socks, they just shrugged their shoulders as if to say “so what”. They wouldn’t even discuss it with me and said it’s not their fault. I’ve also had shirts dry cleaned that are so wrinkled I can’t wear them. Terrible place with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

My sister suggested I clean my place before the winter, she said illness during the winter is related to bacteria and immune health from staying indoors. It didn’t sound like a bad idea, I needed to unload some accumulated “goods” anyhow. She arranged for Euromaids to come by and do what they could. I tossed a bunch of things to the Salvation Army and they went over everything else. Furniture marks on the walls, baseboards, ceiling fans, the gap between my sink and bathtub… Afterwords I felt like I was living in Polish Villa. Haha, Thanks ya’ll

I have a 2/2 rental property. Arranged for a tenant move out cleaning. Quoted 2 hour minimum at $45 per hour. Negotiated down to a flat rate of $70. Day of cleaning I received a call: How will you be paying. Told the woman by check. “”we don’t take checks”” was the response. Wasn’t about to leave my cc number with this stranger over the phone and said I would pay in cash. At the property (one hour drive for me), I asked how long the two cleaners who showed up would take to clean. Response was disheartening: “”depends on what you want. Do you want closets vacuumed, dusted?”” Inference was more money for a “”better”” cleaning. Told them I wanted a full cleaning for the agreed upon $70 bucks. Told it would take an hour and a half. Left this property to go to another rental of mine in the area got a call 5 minutes later from a woman who said “”i had to give her my cc number or return immediately and pay cash or she was sending her crew home.”” I kid you not. How do these people stay in business. My concern about the quality after being “”held up”” in the unit necessitated a response that I would inconveniently return, pay half and half upon completion. Rude Polish woman said that it was not “”policy”” and she was sending her crew home. Returned to the vacant unit left open!!! Don’t use these people, don’t know if they are bonded or insured as this info. wasn’t offered.
