Don’t take your clothes here to be washed or dry cleaned! My daughter took her dry cleaning here and they stretched all of her pants so badly that they can no longer be worn. Recleaning them didn’t help a bit. I took my laundry here to be washed and folded. The first time, they were returned damp and poorly folded. The second time, they gave me someone else’s clothes. Because I opened one of the bags in my car, I was able to exchange them for my clothes before I left. Today, I picked up my two bags of laundry and took them home only to find that all of the clothes were still so damp that they had to be hung to dry. I was also missing my kitchen rug. When I called, their response was that they had my rug and I could come back to get it. When I explained that this was a 20 minute drive back, their response was “there’s nothing we can do about that.” They offered to credit my account the $3 it cost to clean the rug, which didn’t even pay for the gas for the 40-minute round trip there and back. It’s not a “bargain” if it’s not done well or if your clothes are damaged. In this case, any possible convenience is far outweighed by the poor service and lack of concern here. Save yourself the stress and take your clothes someplace else!

This cleaner is run by a bunch of idiots. I brought a shirt in, they poked a hole for a tag. They could have tagged it on the side where the shirt was tagged. Instead, the idiot made a hole which got bigger and ruined the shirt. The lady that ran the cleaners wanted to hold the shirt for 30 days to INVESTIGATE IT. She tried to give me half of what I paid and wanted to keep the shirt. I asked for the half settlement and the shirt. Then she questioned how I could pay so much for a shirt. I found the woman very arrogant, insulting, and I don’t think she will be in business very long calling her customer a liar when her people are idiots and make holes in customer’s clothes.
