Please do your research before hiring these guys. Failed insulation inspection, no communication, substituting quality material from my house with generic, charging us with things they didn’t do, and holding our money so we can’t proceed. They had 6-7 homes in diamond after the tornado in November and 3 families have already fired them. They make promises they can’t keep to make you feel like you can stay with them longer. STAY AWAY!!!!

They were horrible, They gave me an appointment for 1:00 pm and when no one showed up by 1:30 I decided to call. Who ever answered the phone said they were running behind and they would get here. They did not give a time as to when they would get here. When an hour and half passed I called several times and did not get an answer. There online ad says always on time. What a bunch of BS!!

We hired High End Office Cleaning & Maintenance to clean our offices and had a very poor experience. We were quoted and charged for 8 hours of cleaning, however the person was never here more than 3.5 hours. The cleaning was very unsatisfactory, after 6 weeks we discovered she had not been dusting and did not have dusting supplies as part of her cleaning supplies. The cleaning person was very unprofessional and complained to our employees. When we notified the owner that after the required 30 day notice we would be discontinuing with the cleaning services he became hostile and very unprofessional. The one positive thing I can say is that the crew High End contracted with to wax and strip our floors did a great job.

No show. I’m in shock with the lack of professionalism of this company. Anthony’s Steam Clean: please make customers aware of the need to confirm appointment by phone an hour before your appointment OR you’ll cancel. I booked a steam clean appointment a week ago for today at 11am. Yesterday, the office lady called me and asked if I can do 9am for which I asked if I could keep my 11am appointment instead. She said, “yes of course”. My appointment was confirmed. At 11:30 am today, I noticed 2 missed calls an hour ago. I called them back to learn they had cancelled my appointment “because I didn’t answer the phone”. Wow, sorry my phone was charging and I had no clue I had to “confirm the appt” when I talked to them YESTERDAY. Now, what’s more alarming is the lady’s responses to me: “well, you obviously saw I called twice and you didn’t answer “. BLAMING me for not answering the phone? She also said, “most businesses have this policy”. NO actually they don’t. She was totally unprofessional, not even trying to correct her mistake such as, “oh let me see if I can squeeze you back in today since I DID talk to you less than 24 hours ago, I apologize”. No she essentially says I’m “s.o.l.” and “why didn’t I answer the phone”. I’ll stick with Eco-Clean from now on: they’ve never blown me off
