It depends on the crew you get. My crew did a very poor job on windows, left dirty water drips on carpet, ladders in plants, plus more. When I talked to Greg about this, he told me he did not want customers like me! Not a problem. Check out their rating of “”F”” on the BBB site. I wish I had.
After a recent hard rain, we found water in the basement, I called at 10 pm and Paul answered the phone and was able to have 2 Great workers out w/in 1 hour. Paul called to follow-up and his guys were extremely polite in a very frustrating time. I would recommend them strongly ! Bob Wheaton,IL
