What I reviewed is that my area rug came back looking than same way that it was sent out…. I do not see what they cleaned. They had already had my area rug since February. I just got it back today and it looks a mess. Eighty dollars down the drain for this! I could have done better cleaning it myself…. I am very disappointed with the service that I received and I will never return for any more service.
