I have brought shirts in her for laundering on many occasions – however, twice I have had shirts ruined – both time Ralph Lauren Polo oxfords. One was a tear on the front of the shirt – clearly from yanking it off the steamer, but they initially claimed I “brought it in that way.” The second time was a tear on the lower forearm – which they tried to tell me was “elbow wear” – perhaps if you have a forearm six inches long. Like others have said, they buried the shirt in the middle of the pile – no warning tags. I noticed it when putting the clothes in my trunk. Instead of apologizing, the female manager immediately went on the offensive and claimed it was a “five year old shirt” and I would be “lucky to get 20 percent for it.” Poor customer service – they won’t get a third chance at my family’s clothes.

NEED A NEW OFF WHTE SHIRT? WELL YOU’RE IN LUCK! BRING IN A WHITE ONE AND THEYВ’LL TURN IT A DIRTY OFF WHITE COLOR FOR YOU! I recently dropped a new WHITE shirt off to be cleaned and when I got it back it was a dirty off white color. It looked like they washed the shirt in filthy dirty water. I asked them to clean it again and get it back to the bright white it was when I dropped it off. When I got it back for the second time it was worse! It was the same dirty off white color as before and now it has brown water marks all over it. So I left it there to be cleaned for the third time! Hopefully they will fix it or replace it! I donВ’t recommend this place! I will be looking for new dry cleaners.
