WHATEVER YOU DO……DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!! I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ARE COMPLETELY CLUELESS. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STAR RATING HERE, I WOULD. THEY DID SOME WORK ON MY HOUSE AND IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE. THEIR SERVICE WAS 200% TERRIBLE. ITS FUNNY THEIR NAME IS SERVICE MASTER, BECAUSE IT IS REALLY THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. THEY SHOULD CALL THEMSELVES “ZERO SERVICE”. IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. AND THE FACT THAT THEY COULD NOT CLEARLY EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO ME MADE THEM SEEM LIKE AN EVEN BIGGER JOKE OF A BUSINESS. TRUST ME….DO EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER TO AVOID DEALING WITH THESE INCOMPETENT FOOLS. I RECOMMEND USING SERVPRO OR PUROCLEAN. ANYONE BUT THESE PEOPLE.
