I used this company to come out and clean my family room, bedroom, and stairs. I would never recommend this company to anyone. When I came home the techinican left a puddle of water on the floor in my laundry room, and a piece of my tile was damaged. There was a lot of excess water left in the carpet. When I walked on the carpet without my shoes I could see and feel the excess water that was left in the carpet. I am now experiencing a terrible ordor in my home. It smells like the technician used dirty water. I have left several messages for a manager, and I have yet to receive a return called. Each time that I call I’m told that they are short staff, and the managers are out of the office helping to fulfill the orders. I am now forced to call in another company to come out and clean up the mess that the technician made. This is no excuse and I will be filling a complaint with the secretary of state and the Better Business Bureau.

This is the worse company to do business with,the staff is rude and unresponsive they lack basic professional skills to even be in ooeration. The quality of their work was below standard. The office manager was very rude and nasty basically threatening me on the phone. During a time when you quality, professionalism and expertise in their field…AVOID this company!!! It is sad that sime people iperate businesses and smike when they wakk through your door but then when issues arise they are no where to be found. I am not one to give a negative review easily but in this case. I STAND FIRM ON MY DECISION. THERE ARE MANY OTHER COMPANIES THAT DO QUALITY WORK. Dont RISK it do not do business with company.
