At first we thought we had some professionals working on our home after a small fire in the attic of our home. Most of the house was smoke and water damage so you would think easy job. 96 days after staying in a hotel we get back in the house and find out that a good percentage of items were never cleaned, they didnt do all the things that they charged my insurance company for, and damaged nearly everything they touched. They had to re floor my laundry and kitchen cause their workers gouged the floor when they moved the washer which they didnt cap the water lines which started leaking flooding the kitchen and a downstairs utility closet. The new flooring had bubbles under it which instead of fixing correctly they cut a 1 ft by 1 ft flap and reglued which is now coming up. Still dealing with issues but they want some more money. Charged for work they never completed. My advice is to run away from these cons, Do not let them in your home!

Unreliable, unresponsive, unprofessional…the worst company I have ever used for home repairs. We waited 3 months for them to start the job. We gave up and went with another company. They did send one guy over to start the job, he walked off the job. Five days later Servpro contacted us and asked if we were pleased with his work. Beware..
