If I could leave negative 5 stars, it would be too good for this company. They did the upstairs of my 1800sq ft house in less than 15 minutes and left without so much as a thank you, have a nice day or go to hell. They also left my front door standing wide open. We went upstairs to view their work and found dog vomit stains from the previous day still there, along with many other areas we felt should have come clean so we broke out our own steam cleaner and the spots came right up. Worst of all, the water from our steam cleaner was filthy, indicating they didn’t really clean much, if anything. We spot cleaned several other areas and found the same results – filthy water, dark spots and stains removed. All of this was filmed and will be uploaded to this site shortly for your viewing pleasure. Within 10 minutes of them leaving, I had sent an email through the company website and my wife called. We didn’t receive a response until Tuesday, at which point the ‘owner’, Mark, claimed ‘I don’t check emails, my dad set that up 20 years ago’. Mark was very rude, condesending and even mocked my wife with an &amp.quot.oh, you have video, I’m scared’ when informed that we had filmed the entire episode. Some of his comments included: ‘you let them leave, so it’s your fault’, ‘we’ll come back out but we won’t come when you want us to, you’ll have to be available when we get there’ and best of all, ‘I’m not giving you your money back’. Well, guess what Mark? My bank has already given me my money back and they will be coming to you to get their money back very shortly. And, while my videos may not ‘scare’ you, I certainly hope they will deter others from hiring your worthless company that mocks their customers and refuses to stand behind their work. Instead of insulting your customers, you may want to consider addressing the poor work that your employees are doing, thus giving YOUR company a bad reputation.

Do not use this company. We paid them to repin our shutters. They came and only pinned the ones on the first floor and it was a horrible job. There was no consistency to where the pins were placed. I called repeatedly and asked the owner to come out and see the work that was completed and he assured me he would and would handle it. He never came out. I told him I would leave negative feedback if he did not come out and he still did not show up. I understand you can not control the quality of every workers work, however when a customer calls and complains you should do everything in your power to please the customer. At least come out and see what the complaint is about. There is no doubt in my mind if he had seen the quality of work that was completed he would understand. Disappointed Customer!!

Do not hire this company. Our appt time was for 1030, and were told the day of that the technician was behind and would be around 1230. When asking about this poor service, I was apparently to blame for MY lack of planning. Further discussion resulted in my appt being threatened with cancellation! Horrible business!
