Stay far away from this branch! The owner Michael is horrible and doesn’t know how to treat people. When going through a crisis, people need a sympathetic ear and a knowledge, competent person to remediate the problem. Michael is neither of these things. He was late because he needed to “grab a bite to eat” and refused to do our job when we (within good reason, we were dealing with asbestos, a known carcinogen) questioned his methods. I’d trust my pet fish to do a job for me before I’d hire him. If your insurance company recommends him, ask for someone else!
