Extremely unprofessional! I had a scheduled appointment for a specific day and time to have items hauled from my business. To prepare for my items to be hauled, I moved the items from the storage area to my entrance area near my dock doors. SEVEN MINUTES prior to my scheduled time, I received a call stating that they had a meeting and would not be able to make it. This is 2 hours prior to my business opening, meaning that I either have to move all of my items back to storage or leave it in my entrance area for my customers to see. As a disabled vet, I support all of my fellow veterans, which is why I opted to use this company. But, this is unprofessional, rude and unacceptable.
