I’d give ZERO stars if I could. I couldn’t speak to a person to try and schedule an appointment. Instead I had to go through a process of signing up online and then receiving emails which went to my junk folder…. Luckily I checked and they had emailed me a time, I confirmed. Then a couple days later they emailed me a later time (which is honestly super annoying. I confirmed and planned my schedule on what you initially offered and now you’re changing up on me? Rude.) I again confirmed. When they arrived early I was out walking my dog and told them I was walking back and would be there within less than 7 minutes, which they replied with “We can’t wait for you, we have other customers.” Mind you they had called me to ask me how to get into the gated community so it’s not like they were parked and ready to go.. Overall rude and terrible customer service. I called to reschedule and they instead called me to ask for more money. I purchased a $50 living social deal for this and I have yet to be refunded to have my appointment re-scheduled. Horrible, lazy, and rude company. Go else where and find a decent, customer oriented company. After all this is your home, do you want people that don’t give two hoots in it?

The guy that came to clean our house never wore covers over his shoes, did not get any of the stains out like we’ve had done before…AND he SPILLED SOAPY WATER all over our garage and damaged a ton of my leather shoes. Not exaggerating at all! That being said, I was polite and tipped 15%, but I will never use them again! By the way, the truck he showed up said ".KIWI Clean". but I had a Groupon with Oxy Dry Cleans. Go figure!

I called and scheduled an appointment with Got Carpets? about a month ago after inquiring an estimate to have my home cleaned. I called the company after seeing a living social deal for 5 rooms for $105. When I called I informed the employee that I had a three bedroom home with a walk in closet in the master bedroom, living/dining room combo and a stair case with a small hallway. I was told that with the living social deal they would clean the 3 bedroom, living room and dining room. They would charge an extra $22.50 for the stair case and they would not charge to clean the hallway. When I asked about the master bedroom closet they said there was no additional charge for cleaning closets. I had someone else let them in my home (I was at work). When I got home from work, I found a $70 receipt and that my master closet had not been cleaned. I promptly called to enquire about the charges and the closet not being cleaned. When I first called, I was told they would call back in 10 minutes and find a way to correct the issue. Then when I was called back I was told that my husband (it was a friend) told them not to clean the master closet and that stairs were an additional 37.50 and the hallway was 22.50 and the landing downstairs was an additional 10. I will admit I forgot to mention the landing during the estimate call, so I am not upset that I was charged for this area, but the additional $15 charge for the stairs and the $22.50 for the hallway I was told I would not be charged for. I was also told when I called that it would have been an additional $17.50 for the closet to be cleaned (and its small). The employee who called me back about the charges was rude and began to yell when I tried to ask questions. Also, when I asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. I had my friend call from his phone and get the owner on the phone so I may speak to them. The owner did not seem to care that I was charged for items outside my estimate and said my husband (again my friend) said not to clean the closet. She apologized about the rude employee but did nothing about the additional charges. She said no additional discounts or compensation would be given because I used a living social coupon and had already received a discount.

I have been nurturing these plants for several years and they had just started to get beautiful blooms on them. Some of these plants came from my recently deceased grandmother’s funeral and are irreplaceable! They used some sort of hazardous bleach in the process, as I was inundated by the fumes the next day. So, not only do they not cover any foliage that could be damaged, or take into consideration other properties not using their services, they are putting toxic chemicals into the ground! Let me start by saying this is in no way about the cleaners and the service they provide as I’m sure they do great work, or maybe not based on other reviews.. I wouldn’t know for sure though because no one ever made it to my house. I made my appointment last week and from the start things were a little shaky. When I originally called for the quote, Sylvia, was very nice and did a great job of answering all of my questions and was extremely friendly. I told her that I would have to talk to my wife regarding the quote and that I would call back. When I called back Sylvia was busy so another person took my name and number and said she would have Sylvia give me a call back. I never got a call back so I called myself to follow up the next day and finalized my appointment for Friday between 1-5. Everything seemed to be set up and I was assured they would be at the house between that time. I got emails confirming my appointment so I assumed all was ok. On Friday my wife worked half a day so that she could be sure to be home when the cleaners showed up and she got home somewhere between 1-1:30. We didn’t want to call and seem pushy so I waited until almost 4 before calling to see what the deal was with the cleaner. I sent an email and instead of replying to my email it was forwarded to someone else and still no information made it to us until my wife called at about 4:25 and she was told that they were running late and it would be about an hour and a half from that point when the cleaners arrived. We were ok with that time frame so I said that was fine and said I would wait for the call saying they were on their way. When I got off work at 5:30 and hadn’t heard from anyone I called again and was told they were still caught up at the other house and would be on their way to my house when they finished the house they were working on. When 6PM came and we hadn’t heard anything I tried to call again but no one was available to answer my call so I left a message. When I got home about 6:15 my wife and I started the cleaning that we were obviously going to have to do ourselves and I finally received a call back from someone at 6:23 stating that the cleaners were finishing up their other job and heading our direction. At this point I was already extremely frustrated with the repeated lies and bad customer service but I was still willing to let them clean the house and pay for the service. When I asked the person who called, supposedly because the address wasn’t showing up in GPS, where they were coming from she said she wasn’t sure so I asked her to check. If they were at least in the area and could have made it in 30 minutes then I would have let them. When she got back on the phone I was told they were in Marietta which is at least an hour away in Friday traffic. Now they were trying to have cleaners in my house at 7:30 on a Friday night meaning they would probably finish about 9:30 or 10. When I made the appointment I made it clear that the appointment could only be done on Friday and that we had a dog but we would get him out of the house while they cleaned. After dark it would be impossible for us to be out of the house with the dog so even if I had been ok with the repeated lying and generally bad business it wouldn’t have been possible to have the cleaners. Additionally, all I was offered was an extra percentage off cleaning for the trouble of your workers being 2 and a half hours late. It is also frustrating that no one ever contacted me to say they were going to be late or to try and reschedule until I contacted them. That’s not the way a business should be run. My wife and I were looking for a consistent cleaning service after this initial deep cleaning and I can promise there is no way Just Cleaning will have an opportunity at that business now.

I had to coordinate carpet cleaning from 1000 miles away to a house that we are getting ready to sell. I had a neighbor meet them after I arranged the area to be cleaned with their customer service, The technicians were very fair in their pricing and did not overcharge me (as long distance contractors sometimes have the tendency to do). They cleaned carpets that are several years old to look like new. My neighbor and I were so impressed with their work (my neighbor sent photos). The techs were professional, on-time, friendly and the service they performed was second to none. I have used Stanley Steamer for years and they have always been good, but this was the best experience yet!
