I was almost broadsided by a Cleanrite driver this morning, 2-3-09. I was properly following the rules of the road, in the Foodlion Parking Lot (on US1 S), and the Cleanrite driver was NOT. He was cutting through the parking lot, at a speed of 30-35mph. He had to stop his truck and trailer to avoid hitting My truck! He began yelling and I put my truck in park and got out to confront him and he drove off. He didn’t have the mantality about him to be a professional or the driving skills. There is a law against cutting through parking lots. If he had hit me, he would have surely paid. He was in the wrong, yet he yelled at me as if I were wrong. By the looks of the written reviews, they don’t know how to conduct a business or drive the vehicles. One day the Law of Averages WILL Catch Up With You! Good thing no pedestrians weren’t walkng in the parking lot! Learn how to drive or get off the road!

I was attempting to schedule an appointment. Instead of being asked when was a good time for me the customer I was instaed TOLD when he was going to schedule an appointment. When I informed him that no one would in fact be home he proceeded to tell me that this was too complicated and hung up on me. Now I understand that you are most likely thinking how is this possible? Trust me I asked myself the same question. This man has no idea how to run a business because if he did he would understand that I am the customer who is in fact paying him for services. If arranging a time to schedule carpets is difficult for him he may want to look into a secretary maybe she would have the ability not to drive business away.
