This company is very dysfunctional. We scheduled a carpet cleaning with them three (3) times and all three times they canceled our appointment. It was a huge deal because this cleaning company knew we were having an open house business affair at our office. We had to make sure not to schedule clients to come in during the times of the cleaning and had to move all the furniture for them to clean, three (3) times! I asked why they would schedule us and make an appointment if they could not honor their commitment. I got many excuses for each cancelation. There are two partners running this business and they kept blaming the other for over booking their clients. The last time they canceled our appointment was twenty minutes (20) before they were suppose to come in and clean. This cleaning company is completely irresponsible, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, if they are even a member. who knows? I would highly recommend that you do not hire this company because you will be greatly disappointed. Very frustrating.

Genuine Carpet Care was at my house this morning, and I have to say they’re amazing. The quote given to me over the phone ($100-$120) was what I paid ($120) for 3 bedrooms, a small hallway, a living room, and a dining room. There were some horrible stains across the carpet in the living room when we moved in, and we were expecting to have to replace the carpet, but he got everything out except the paint (which was our fault, we were careless painting when we thought we were going to replace the carpet). The guy was great. he was friendly, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. He also moved the couches and such so he could clean under them too, not just around. I’ll be honest, I had called three places and left messages to get quotes. I selected this company because they were the only ones to call me back (and I don’t feel that I should have to chase someone down to give them my business). I may have selected them at default, but I don’t regret it.

Called this place on 11/5/13 to get my carpets cleaned and set up and appt for 11/11/13 @ 1pm. I was asked to send an email with my address and number and they sent back a confirmation email with the date of the appt. Of course, as with any planned carpet cleaning, we got the house ready and moved some furniture and put a lot things up on the beds. On the 11th, NO SHOW and NO CALL. I called twice and never received a return call. I also emailed and never heard back. I will not be doing business with this company ever and that.s a shame because we give a lot of referrals. The Oviedo store cleaned a couple of shirts on my first visit however on my second visit they were suppose to clean a new batch in a 70% bag deal they have for new customers. They missed the discount on three of my garments as soon as I so found it out I called the manager. She replied that it was her fault and she will give me a credit for the next cleaning. I said “NO” I would rather have the money owed to me. She then stated that it would take about 2 weeks to get a refund check mailed, 3 1/2 weeks later no refund check or call. I called her she said that the accountant had the flu and will get back by that Friday, this was Tuesday. I patiently waited on friday she finally called me stating that it will be another 2 1/2 weeks until the refund gets mailed off, however after I argued my case about wanting to talk to her owner she completely avoided saying that they wont call me back! WOW! Talking about good business practices….It only took a month however ,they finally gave me a $10 credit on top off what they owed me. I agreed to this and got another load done with a estimated price on it not knowing that it was going to be over the discounted price again! WOW! You would think that they should know their pricing by now! They are always unestimating while using their pricing system! Never again will I use them to clean any of my clothes! Theres a FIRST time and LAST time for everything!

I have been going to this cleaner at least a year now… I always thought the 50% off was a joke considering the cleaning was still a lot…. (and service is not fantastic- they have lost items of mine-and later found more then once)- So the latest is they are down to 30% off…. (still a joke)- I brought in 6 items… a jacket (fleece), 3 cotton blend shirts, and 2 poly blend pants- none fancy at all!!!….. I also brought a 10.00 off coupon… My total was 45.00!!! By my calculation… that means the total had to be somewhere around 80.00 for 6 items (roughly 13.50 each!!!)!!!! Then subtract 30% and then subtract 10.00 bringing it to 45.00… I am SHOCKED! I called to complain but so far no reply. PS- I have asked multiple times for pricing and they dont give a list.

Out of all three carpet cleaning companies that I called, Carpet Cleaning Orlando was the most professional, polite, and helpful. I spoke with Marie and she was so kind and answered my many questions happily and without a problem. Carpet Cleaning Orlando was also one of the more affordable carpet cleaners. They weren’t the cheapest carpet cleaner that I called, but they also weren’t the most expensive. I did a lot of research and looked at their carpet cleaning reviews and all of the steps that they include in the carpet cleaning process and I knew that they were the right choice. The steam cleaning technicians were great from start to finish. Not only did they give me the best carpet cleaning results I’ve ever had, but they were the most polite gentleman that I’ve ever had to service my home.
