Horrible! They were supposed to clean up the pet stains from my new puppy but when they left all the stains and smells were still there. I trusted them to do the job while I wasn’t there because I had used them before but even for a loyal customer they refused to come back and even look to see that the stains were still there. Use a reputable service…Budget is a waste of time and money and they treat their clientelle horribly. It’s really shocking thatin this economy they would not even come back to a customer who has been using their service when there was a problem and I told them if they didn’t come back I would never use them again. They still refused. Bad business people and bad carpet cleaning.
