I hired this man to clean my floors, polish them and remove the scratches. He also promised to put fresh grout between the tiles. In the end, he didn’t do anything. He charged me near $1,000 and all he did was basically MOP the floors. He promised to polish the floors and remove all scratches but by rearranging the furniture the way he did, he actually CAUSED more scratches than were actually there to begin with. He asked for 1/3 of the total money upfront to buy materials. I agreed. Then later on, he calls me and asks me to go to home depot and buy materials for him. If hes going to ask me to buy materials for him then why would he charge me for materials? Because hes a thief. He also promised me that after two days of work he would return on Monday to fix his mistakes and do what he hasn’t done yet. I called him on Monday afternoon and he said he couldn’t make it and would come on Wednesday at 9am. He didn’t show up. I called him and he said he had a doctors appointment and would come in the afternoon. Again, he NEVER SHOWED UP. This man is a con artist. On top of that, he doesn’t actually work himself. He hires illegals to do the work for him. People who don’t speak a single word of English and are getting paid $3 an hour. The man himself told me (in Spanish) that he was from Honduras and only arrived in America twelve days ago. Do not do business with this man, HE WILL ROB YOU.
