I called and received a price quote from this entity for work on several rugs of different materials. The technician came out and did not inform me that he didnt think that their products would clean the rugs. After several days of letting the rugs dry, they still look terrible. They had received a lot of punishment from my animals but i was still expecting some change. The company refused to refund my money for the cleaning and only offered to clean them again (as it didnt work the first time this was not a viable option). Overall i gave them one star (because it is required to post a review) and if possible i would have used negative stars – not at all reasonable customer service. DO NOT SEND YOUR RUGS THERE!
