I have been using the Carpet Machine for 8 years for my home in Navarre. I was so glad to see they also serve Crestview. I’ve got nothing to say but good things about these people. As far as I’m concerned they’re the best. I tell everyone about them.
The guys arrived on time and got right to work. My carpet looks great. They did an amazing job which also included cleaning and scotch guarding my sofa and love seat. They were done in a reasonable amount of time and the house smells so good. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks for a job well done.

Got a coupon for turn key cleaning for 300$ up to 1800sq..actually Paid 350$ For a 1600sq. We were busy moving so we didn’t get to check till the next day with the rental agency and it was still dirty called they came back out and didn’t clean again so had to pay another company come out and get it right first time. No refund and will never recommend this company at all to anyone!

This was my first time using a service like this and I must say they way exceeded my expectations. The company sent out people to clean my carpet the very same day I ordered. Not only were they prompt but the carpet looked brand new by the time they were done. I also couldn’t believe how great the carpet smelled! hired to clean my vacation rental condo they didn’t show, to clean then on top of that took off never returned 12 new bath towels, 9 hand towels, 14 washclothes, 2 bath mats, 1 twin blanket, 1 queen blanket, 2 twin sheet sets, 1 full sheet set, 1 queen sheet set, and my condo’s laundry basket. Do Not trust these people for one second no matter how convincing they are check out Yelp in California for Maid4hire and they use the same address in Crestview FL as the one they used in Moreland GA. I can’t believe how clean Gary got my carpets. I seriously thought they were dirty beyond cleaning. His prices are very reasonible and he is one of the nicest guys I’ve met. My dad owns his own carpet cleaning company back home so I was scared to have someone other than him do it. But I will be coming back to Gary for carpet cleanings from now on.

These guys are a joke! Were 2+ hrs late the first day. Once I called they gave me a sob story about running late. Being late Friday afternoon I cancelled and rescheduled for Monday. Again, didn’t show and when I called there truck was having mechanical issues. Don’t know about you but I have to take off work to get these things done. If you have all day to wait around, go for it. Otherwise…..there are plenty other outfits that will do good professional work.
