When Jay came to measure he asked me if I would mind a seam showing across the room since it was over 12 feet wide. I told him that would not be a good thing to look at. He asked me to come to his showroom and he would show me carpet that would seam better. No one in my area even mentioned that. Not only did I get a wonderful carpet with a great installation but I saved a lot of money. After I ordered the carpet the owner called and said they were sending me a check for $200 since there was a rebate on it too. Not only did I get the right carpet but I saved a lot of money. You can’t beat the honesty and the quality.
