I was very unhappy with the service that I have received from Servpro of Meriden. I have been back home for 10 months since my house fire and my house still isn’t completed. I also have several items that are missing and no one ever returns my calls to let me know if any of them have been found. I have a giant hole in my bathroom where a mirror is supposed to be installed. My basement rec room has one heating vent so it’s now considered a 3 season room. Most of the items that were removed from my house werenВ’t even wrapped they were just thrown into boxes and the boxes must have gotten wet so when they were returned everything in the boxes were covered with mold.

We had Meridien Chemdry come clean our carpets. We have two small dogs. We did the pet stain removal and the urine removal. When they did the treatment they poured and I mean poured the odor treatment product on our carpet. Once they did this they walked on it to smash it into the pad. This treatment cost us $426.00. 2 months later we started having marks showing up on our carpet. It has now been 6 months and we now have several 2.5’x1′ water marks on our light colored carpet. These are obvious water stains (my dog is 3 lbs and wouldn’t possibly even urinate this much in 5 years). We called and explained the situation and she said pay us to come clean it. It’s not our fault. I asked them to come out and take a look at it and she said “NO. You’ll have to pay the minimum service fee.” Our livingroom carpet costs $4500 and it is ruined because of them. I would recommend you use another company for your carpets unless you have the money to replace your carpet.
