Got a motion notice on my ring doorbell, and i see a guy tromping through my brand new grass that we paid 1800 dollars to have installed to leave a flyer on our front door- that has a no soliciting sign. My husband got home 15 minutes after the were there, and found the flier that was left- hydrosteam. I texted the number on the flyer asking if it was hydrosteam, and got an immediate response. I let them know how disrespectful it was that he was having a representative of his company walk on our law that we spent so much, and work so hard on. i have him on camera walking through my neighbors yards like this as well…. No response. read and ignored. After reading these other reviews… especially ones from former employees saying they were encouraged to walk on lawns to save time… i won’t be using them. If they cant respect the exterior of my home or apologize for disrespecting it, they sure as SHIT won’t be welcomed into the inside.
