I have used this dry cleaner since 2002 because they are located a few blocks away from my house. Is a convince really a convince? They have firmly establish themselves to be the most incompetent people that I have ever done business with. Over the many years that I have used their services they have lost multiple articles of clothing and on numerous occasion they have return my clothing in a worst state then when I brought them in ! The final straw that broke the camels back was about a month ago when I brought my new pants in for their 3rd cleaning and they lost them and gave me someone Else’s pants by mistake. They told me they would examine their tapes and it would take about a month to either find them or reimburse me. The very next week I brought 4 shirts in for laundry service. The shirt were return in such a filthy state with fresh heavy black stains that were not present when I entrusted them to clean. Now a month has gone by and I contacted the owner who refused to replace or reimburse me for my expense. He treated me like I was a thief trying to steel his money. Finally he offered me a $75 credit to be used toward dry cleaning at his store. I refused his credit because it will be a cold day in hell when I would do business with them again. I felt obligate to post my experiences so other would not have to endure what I have gone through.
