Do not go to this dry cleaning establishment!!! Enter at your own risk. Not only did they ruin my garment but they were extremely disrespectful. I brought in a beautiful vintage dress that was (before I brought it to Shirts and Skirts) in fantastic condition. I brought it in because it had a few wrinkles that I wanted smoothed out. I had a coupon and they suggested I have it dry-cleaned as well because that was included with the coupon. So I did, HUGE mistake. I went to pick it up tonight and it was still wrinkled, the material was fried by the iron and there were 2 HOLES in the dress. HOLES that were not there when I brought the dress in. When I told the woman behind the counter that I was not satisfied she told me she would press it again. Why would I leave my dress with her again after she did a horrible job and put 2 holes in it? I told her I didn’t trust her and that I would be a fool to leave my dress with her to ruin it further. I said I felt that I should not have to pay for the “”cleaning”” of the dress. She refused to give me the dress without paying for it. At this point I am in tears. She absolutely did not care that she had ruined my dress. She spoke to me like I was a 4 year old (no offense to 4 year olds) В“sweetheart you don’t know how dry cleaning works, sweetheart let me explain to youВ” ItВ’s just BAD business. If your customer is unhappy you should do everything your can to make them happy. DO NOT GO to Shirts and Skirts Dry Cleaning!!!!!!

We truly appreciated his knowledge and gentle manner of salesmanship–working with us in design as well as cost. The rug we bought was certainly not one of the least expensive we found (nor most expensive), yet the value was great because we got much more quality for our money. He helped us construct a beautiful custom-sized, custom-colored rug for our living room that is truly a work of art.
