Ok, i’ll start this off by saying this is by far the worst carpet cleaning business i have ever seen. My poor grandmother who is 83 years old called this company and asked for are carpet to be cleaned. After getting a 120 dollar estimate (after they cleaned the carpet) and telling us that they cant remove some stains in a guest room which where from cherry doctor pepper he told my grandmother that he could clean the rest of the apartment. My grandmother agreed which sucks because after the job she went out to the living room which was not mentioned in the unclean able statement he made earlier and was showing him stain after stain which he replied O well we cant get all the stains out. really? so they took my grandmother’s money and when i got to her place not only where zero of the stains gone but the carpet was sticky and wet hours after they left where there site says drys in only 2 hours my feet are still sticky this moment. After realizing that they just ripped off my grandmother i called there number to ask for a manager and explained why was no stains removed. To my sunrise the manager was the one that did the job with hes teenage kid really. So i asked him why where no stains removed and to my surprise he raised his voice and started to yell saying that it was the worse carpet he has ever seen and i dont know what im talking about. Well i do know you never yell at a customer especially when you didnt even do your job. So please please do not hire this ahole and his son or whatever cause not only will he rip you off but will do a terrible job..
