I HIRED SAUL’S CARPET CLEANING TO CLEAN MY HOUSE AND CARPETS AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! HIS STAFF PUSHED MY FURNITURE ACROSS THE WET CARPET CAUSING MY CARPET TO STRETCH. SAUL’S STAFF DID NOT PUT ANYTHING UNDER THE FURNITURE CAUSING MY CARPET TO RUST. HIS STAFF DRAGGED THE CARPET CLEANING HOSE THROUGH MY HOUSE CAUSING THE BASEBOARDS TO CHIP AND SCRATCH. IN ADDITION TO THE DAMAGES, HIS STAFF DID NOT CLEAN THE BASEBOARDS IN THE KITCHEN, DID NOT CLEAN MY CEILING FANS, DID NOT CLEAN 2 OF MY WINDOWS, AND MY LAUNDRY ROOM. SAUL WAS NOT WILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR HIS STAFF NOR WAS HE WILLING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS. NOT ONLY AM I OUT THE MONEY I PAID TO HAVE MY HOUSE AND CARPETS CLEANED BUT I AM ALSO STUCK WITH THE BILL TO HAVE THE DAMAGES FIXED. THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE!!!
In 2007, they performed an excellant cleaning of my very expensive carpet. Their New Van mounted unit was the latest technology. The two men worked very hard and moved around my furniture. The owner arrived to review the job and address any concerns I had. The price for a 1- Bedroom with Hallway was excellant.
