They began cleaning the carpets at 5:30 in the evening and didn’t finish until 10:30 that night. The carpets looked great, and the new buyers with small children were extremely relieved. I would definitely use them again.

Ok, so I have gotten my living room an hallway carpets cleaned 5 months ago by North County Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning in Paso Robles, Ca. They did a fantastic job. The carpets seriously looked brand new. It was amazing the difference. So when they didn’t answer their phone, I left a message and called this place, Ace Carpet Cleaning, for an EMERGANCY cleaning. We ended up asking them to go ahead and do the whole house because there were some spots that I wanted to be taken care of. They did the WORST job ever. I spent $220 for less then 1000sqft of carpet… Not to mention, they blew 2 fuses at my home… And these people used our sink for retrieving and dumping their water. North County did not do that at all… Ace’s job was so crappy, I could have rented a rug doctor and done the exact same thing… I expected PROFESSIONAL CLEANING and I got crap. We called North County and told them about the horrible job Ace’s Carpet Cleaning did and North County said they would do the whole house for $150. So that makes me feel a teensy weensy bit better. We called Ace’s Carpet Shampooers back and told them about the job their guys did and hoped to get our money back. The manager came over to the house in person and he claimed he was satisfied with the work his guys did.. and we did not get the check back. I am so upset over this. How can someone take pride in that piece of crap job. Don’t use this company.. They do a horrible job. I’m not even the type of person to complain about stuff. I’m usually very satisfied with just about anything.. But not this time.
